Miranda has always been drawn to the inner workings of Yoga; the felt experience. It was always this relationship with the inner experience that kept drawing her back to the mat again and again. What had begun as a deep love for the physicality began to shift as she started to notice the ripple effect that a dedicated practice had on the mind and heart, and this is what she draws on as inspiration for her classes. She likens the practice of yoga to an unraveling of resistance as the breath, conscious, intentional movement and activation moves us.

Practices are aimed to cultivate a stilling of the mind as it is pulled toward a focal point.

Miranda is also a facilitator of Women’s Circles and a strong believer in the magic that arises when women come together in support of other women. These intimate events are aspired to create a sacred space where we honour and celebrate the power, creativity and force of the individual and collective feminine spirit.
