**MODO FIT COMING SOON! In 2019!**

Modo Fit is a breath-centred, low-impact, strength-based 60-min fitness class, using bars, resistance bands, and exercise balls. A great complement to your regular yoga practice! This fun, strength based workout uses resistance bands and exercise balls to further tone your muscles.

The classes have limit of 12 spots available and pre-registration for class is recommended as they do fill up quickly!
