Your Teacher Guides

Thy and Vicky are so excited to have you join them! With over 3 decades of yoga experience between them, they are passionate about the yoga practice and its multitude of benefits, which they believe extend well beyond the mat. There will be 2 yoga classes on offer each day, guided meditation in the mornings, and 2 yoga workshops (over the 6 days), 1 led by each teacher.
Thy loves incorporating philosophical themes in a practical and accessible way. She believes that yoga is seen and experienced in all aspects of our daily living. Her aim is to use the physical movements in a playful and mindful way to integrate one’s understanding that if you pay attention, yoga is practised in virtually every moment of your life; that it enhances your experiences, deepens your relationships and slows down time in a really beautiful way. Thy’s classes are dynamic, uplifting and inspiring.
As a yoga therapist Vicky’s passion lies in exploring the enormous healing potential of the yoga practice. Inspired by her interest in a wide variety of movement modalities, Vicky’s classes are a unique blend of movement exploration, breathwork and mindfulness. You will explore how to strengthen your body, restore healthy range-of-motion and function to your joints and rebalance your nervous system. Expect to leave class feeling inspired, with a fresh perspective of the yoga practice, and a greater self-understanding about your body and how to take care of it.

Location & Extras

Located in the peaceful mountains of northern Bali, the retreat venue is all ours and is the perfect setting to relax and to refresh your senses. All meals (mainly vegetarian, fish & chicken available upon request) are included in your investment and freshly prepared by in-house Balinese chefs. Nearly all ingredients are sourced from the retreat centre’s organic gardens or from local markets. Mineral water, green and herbal teas, Balinese coffee and cocoa are available throughout the day.
To make your retreat even more special, we have personally curated some extras for you to enjoy (and at no extra cost!). These next-level experiences include:
– your choice between 2 luxurious 90-minute massage therapy treatment
– basking in the sun’s morning rays on a lovely boat cruise, where we should see some dolphins
– partaking in a Balinese cleansing ceremony, including a temple visit and learning temple rituals
